Beethoven Festival 2013

beethoven

Classic music nerds, your prayers for a legitimate festival that can rival Chicago’s expansive (and expanding) list of other multi-day music festivals have finally been answered in the form of LOVE 2013. Founder, George Lepauw, has created a 9-day leviathan of a spectacle that includes visual art installations, fashion shows, educational opportunities and new-music programming to interact with the Festival’s classical core.

  • Chicago Temple, Sat 8:30pm, Sun 5pm; Sun 7:30pm. Ending: Sun Sep 15 7:30pm 77 W. Washington St. (between Dearborn St. and Clark St.)

Day passes are $30, VIP passes are $75, after 10pm $10 (Sept 6 and some Sept 7 events are free).
