This just in everyone, Urban Holiday lofts earned the 2015 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence! What does that mean besides us being excellent? TripAdvisor states that the Certificate of Excellence is “is awarded to properties that consistently achieve outstanding traveler reviews on TripAdvisor.” That means all of the guests that stayed with us over the past year liked us so much, they decided to give us feedback via TripAdvisor.com. Not only did all of these guests decide to give us a review, a majority of them were great reviews!

Our mission at Urban Holiday Lofts, is to ensure our guests have the best, most comfortable, and convenient stay in the great city of Chicago. It all starts with our incredible staff. Without our staff, we would be getting the certificate of mediocracy. The entire crew at Urban Holiday Lofts goes above and beyond the call of duty. For that we want to thank them for all their hard work and dedication.
